To provide an alternative to the high costs of currency exchange, Konverti has no storefronts. People meet face-to-face in clear public view, to exchange currencies at minimal fees. Konverti is SIMPLE

As a first time user, you will be asked to create a Profile. As with any peer-to-peer market, putting Profile detail in helps establish confidence in trading (or swapping) currency. After you create a Profile, you will be ready to trade.

Using Konverti is simple. After signing in you select the currency you have and the denominations (for example: US dollars, 2 fives, 4 twenties etc.). Then you select the currency you are looking to buy. If you are in an airport you can select the terminal and indicate whether you are inside security. When you “post” your trade, Konverti will match you up with people you can trade with.

Exchange rate data is retrieved from several major forex data providers in real-time, validated, processed and refreshed every 10 minutes.
